Etoposide 100 mg/m2 IV infused over 30 minutes on days 1-5
Platinol (cisplatin) 20 mg/m2 IV infused over 15-30 minutes on days 1-5
Repeat cycle every 21 days for 4 cycles.
NOTE:
Treat patients every 21 days on schedule, regardless of the granulocyte count.
Reduce etoposide dose by 20% in patients who previously received radiotherapy or had
granulocytopenia with fever/sepsis during the previous cycle.
